Statement of intent
For my A-level Graphic Communication Externally Set Assignment, it is my intention to design and produce a brand new brand and package for different flavoured milk. The new brand will be called 'MOOLKS' which a mix up of the sound of a cow and milk, I liked the fun idea of incorporating the two words together as they fitted well and the name is easy to remember. My brand is aimed more towards children and mothers, as I intend to create a fun and playful concept and illustrations for children however, staying simple and easy for the parents to be interested too.
Typography will be equally as important as the illustrations within the context of the product and therefore needs to be given carefully consideration to fit together with the designs. I will need to plan and research relevant primary, secondary and contextual research and references to enable me to develop and experiment my ideas for a successful outcome and final piece, while carefully considering my target audience. I will also need to record all my intentions and choices through analysing, reflecting and justifying my decisions through my journey as it progresses.
